Overview
The Disposition Sync API is a GraphQL API that enables ATS partners to send disposition data for Indeed Apply and non-Indeed Apply jobs to Indeed. Disposition data includes any update that a recruiter or hiring manager makes after a candidate applies. This integration is required to submit disposition data to Indeed.
When you send disposition data through the Disposition Sync API, you can track the status of job applications through various stages of the hiring process, from initial application to final disposition. The API supports all standard disposition statuses, and Indeed uses this data to improve the job search experience for candidates and provide valuable insights to employers.
