• Added type BigDecimal

• Changed the description of field EmployerJobData.id from:

  the ID of the record - the nature of this id depends on the concrete type.

  To:

  The ID of the job posting record.

• Added field salary to interface EmployerJobData

• Added type JobSalary

• Added type Long

• Added field employerJobId to object type SourcedJobPosting
