Job Sync API
- Updated SourcedJobPostingTaxonomyInput with
remoteTypeguidance. For non-remote jobs, leave blank or set tonull. - Added Indeed resource IDs (IRIs) documentation explaining the IRI format used by Job Sync and Job Update APIs.
- Added HTML formatting guidelines to the job description formatting guide, FAQs, and troubleshoot GraphQL errors. Escape quotes; use HTML tags like
<h4>,<ul>, and<li>directly. - Added "Japan-only" tags to
resumeFieldsRequiredandresumeFieldsOptionalin the API Reference forSourcedJobPostingIndeedApplyInputandIndeedApplyConfigurationResumeField. - Fixed missing Job Status page images in the Job Sync API guide.
Job Update API
- Updated the Job Update API guide: corrected
isMissingRequiredSponsorshipboolean logic and Job status column descriptions. - Moved Jobs lifecycle events webhooks guide to the Job Update API section.
Indeed Apply
- Updated the job posting policies link in the XML feed documentation. The link now points to the correct employer help center article.
- Updated support article URLs from indeed.my.site.com to indeedinc.my.site.com across PII policy, Indeed Apply setup, Objective campaigns, and related documentation.
- Improved Japanese translations for SFTP guidelines, screener questions, configuration reference, ATS integration, and Application data reference. Japanese documentation now matches the English source for faster future updates.
- Corrected the Job Sync XML feed reference documentation in English and Japanese. Updates address misleading information that caused client confusion.
